Polizzi lives in London with her husband Marcus Miller, who she married in 2007, along with their daughters and son. Polizzi is bilingual, being fluent in both English and Italian. Her sister Charlotte is married to Oliver Peyton, an Irish restaurateur and a judge on the BBC television series, Great British Menu. She had a Roman Catholic upbringing, and spent 'every Sunday of her childhood' at the Church of the Immaculate Conception on Farm Street, in London.
